Senior Pastor/Co-Pastor

Pastor Willie leads TLC in dedicated study and teaching of God’s word.  He believes that Christian maturity develops in a life that is dedicated in studying and living God’s word. Also that a  life, that daily abides in fellowship with the Lord through prayer, study of God's word, and fellowship with believers leads to a deep felt calling to reach our community with the great news of the gospel!

Pastor Willie, is an anointed musician, serving as guitarist/vocalist on the TLC Worship Team.  His ministry includes revivals, conferences and united church services throughout Texas and Oklahoma.  Along with his wife Pastor Alicia, they share their years of ministry experience to mature believers in the faith and empower them to go out and make disciples.  Their love and concern for the ministry and spiritual growth of their membership has been a priority in their calling.  Prior to their present ministry, they led a congregation as senior pastors at Day Star Ministries, in Midwest City,OK. from 2002-2012.  They were members of Community Transformers, Midwest City, OK., Kingdom Builders and the International Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance Institute in Oklahoma City, OK.  They are both active missionaries to Mexico in the state of Tabasco in the village community of Chichicastle.  In the last 10 years of supporting this mission field they have seen a congregation of 25 members grow to over 1200.

Edward Diaz

Executive Pastor

Edward has a sincere passion for serving the Lord and TLC’s ministries. He directly assists both Pastor Willie and Pastor Alicia in various aspects of TLC’s services. He is an anointed musician, serving as a vocalist on TLC’s Praise and Worship team, as well as provide bible studies. Edward came to know the Lord at a very early age as he listened to both his Grandfather and Father preach God’s word and helped serve along with them as a child into adulthood. He served in various capacities to include Music director, Youth Director, Vice-President for the San Antonio Baptist Association Hispanic Youth, bible studies and Praise and Worship ministry. You can hear him remind us that while “we all can’t serve the same way, we all can serve some way” as each of us has been called to serve the Lord for His honor and His glory. When he is at his leisure you will find him spending time with his wonderful Son Justin, Daughter Danielle and Granddaughter Gabriella. Most every week you will find him enjoying his hobby of smoking various meats on his Texas size BBQ pit. He truly enjoys cooking and sharing the meals with the congregation.

Pastor Sammy and Cavella Lewis

Associate Pastor

Associate Pastor Sammy and Cavella Lewis have been married for 39 years and
they have three sons, (Sammy Jr; Matthew; Jesse); and a daughter (Kisha).
Associate Pastor Sammy retired from H.E.B after 26 years. While Cavella has
been employed with NISD (Northside Independent School District) for 18 yrs.

They are currently serving as TLC’s Men’s and Women’s Ministry Leaders (M.O.D
– Men of Destiny) & (D.O.V.E – Daughter’s of Virtue and Excellence.). and TLC’s
Marriage Ministry (M.A.C - Married and Committed). Where they both love
teaching and encouraging God’s people to know “What” they believe so they can
rightly divide the truth
Both have served in minstry and community organizations in a variety of roles
over a period of 30 yrs.
Their lives have been one of service both before and after their encounter with
their Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Gloria & Ben Galvan

Children's Director

Gloria is our newest addition to our leadership.  She is dedicated to education and our TLC children.  As a director of the children's ministry she leads with a heart of compassion, love, and strong leadership.

Ben, on occasion, assists Gloria when needed.  He is also a very talented and dedicated musician that plays on our TLC Worship Team.  

Frank Redman Jr

Youth Pastor

Frank loves to lead by example, as well as, lead the youth.  As a member of TLC for many, many years he serves as a great example of servant leadership.  He is not only the youth director, and works diligently to lead our youth into adulthood.  He also has a beautiful voice and serves on TLC's worship team as a singer.

Lupe is wife to Frank; and mother of three beautiful children.  Her experience as a mother has been a true blessing to TLC.  Her experience helps her in her position in the Nursery at TLC.  She is extremely caring, loving, and compassionate; as well as, demonstrates a true servant heart for everyone that she cares for in the nursery.  

Lloyd Watkins

Youth Director

Lloyd serves the Lord and TLC as a part of the Youth Ministry. He is a loving husband and father to his wife Mariah and their daughter Aaliyah. He has worked with youth for many years and truly has a heart for today’s youth. He believes in teaching and leading in a way that’s righteous, practical and relevant for today’s youth to grow personally and spiritually in their relationships with God. The “SWAG (Saved With Amazing Grace) Night” outreach is an extension of the Youth Ministry where he serves as a leader to connect and lead today’s youth in an especially youth oriented, God filled atmosphere. “Laughter is the best medicine” as he also uses his sense of humor to spread the Gospel through his preaching videos as “Reverend L-Watt” on social media.
